Distance Learning Delivery
Delivery will normally be by Royal Mail Recorded. We will post the first pack of course materials either the day after payment (or first instalment) has been received or after 8 working days in the case of cheque payments.
Distance Learning Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 an individual has the right to cancel within seven working days of receipt of goods or seven working days from commencement of agreement for services. Cancellations to be made in writing to KeyNet. This right to cancel does not apply to orders for CDs which have been unsealed or personalised items.
Payments by Credit and Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards and we do NOT charge the customer any extra for using these - with the following 2 exceptions:
If a company wishes to pay using a company card we will then pass on the charges. Please enquire about this if you are in any doubt.
Should a customer who has paid for a course by credit card decide to cancel the course and request a refund then the fees we have been charged by the card company for both the initial transaction and the refunded transaction will be deducted from any refund which may be due together our own administration charges.
Payments from overseas / by CHAPS /SWIFT
Any customer making a payment from overseas and choosing to do so through CHAPS or SWIFT is responsible for the charges for making the transaction by one of these methods. Please add the charges to the amount paid through CHAPS / SWIFT in order that we receive our course fees in full.
